Meet the designer

Our team will discuss the overall design of your new home and its surroundings with you after the site visit. During the site visit, we will also determine the structure of the existing building around your new home, as well as the specific location of the public facilities.

The designer will show the carefully designed new home floor plan for you, and further discuss the design, engineering content and budget with you.

Our designers will provide you with floor plans and 3D models.

Final draft display

The designer will show you the final design. Our sales consultants will provide you with project cost estimates. After the meeting, we will start the survey of the construction site for you and start the interior decoration design work.

Interior Design Overview

At this point, you can meet with your interior designer to discuss your interior decoration ideas. You can also meet with your lighting and technology consultant to outline your thoughts on your new home design.

Meet your circuit designer, discuss circuit placement, and meet your interior designer to discuss and choose all the interior and exterior finishes to decorate your home such as the choice of cabinets, interior facilities, sanitary ware etc.

  • Sign the circuit lighting plan

After confirming all modifications and internal and external options, as well as electrical options consistent with the construction contract, sign a formal contract.

  • Signing a formal construction contract
  • Pay 5% of contract deposit deduct initial deposit
  • Pay a 5% risk deposit to the solicitor’s trust account

After getting the approval, our goal is to build your new home quickly and efficiently.

Construction will be carried out in phases according to the contract, with 25% of the foundation, 30% of the frame, 20% the exclosed , 15% of the decoration, and 5% of completion.

  • After completion of each phase, pay the corresponding proportion of construction funds within 5 working days. (5% of the final completion is paid after acceptance)
